We want your Ziō pieces to arrive smoothly and on time. Orders over $50 ship free, and for orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Every order is carefully processed within 1–3 business days, and once it ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package from start to finish.
Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached. Exchanges are available for eligible items, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Materials & Care
- Fabric: Soft, durable, everyday-friendly materials
- Care Instructions: Wash in cold water, gentle cycle or hand wash, air dry recommended, avoid harsh bleach or ironing directly on prints
